			<description><![CDATA[ I had the best lunch at Cafe Gratitude today, my favorite resteraunt. It was the &quot;I am Whole&quot; which is the macrobiotic plate. It was shredded raw
kale, home made kim chee, sprouts, and carrots on quinoa with a garlic tahini sauce. Garnished with sea vegetables and teriyaki almonds. Most of their food is
raw and everything is gluten, casein, and sugar free.

			<description><![CDATA[ What is it that you feed your family in a serious time crunch?  Any favorites that you have ready on hand, generally?

Usually here, I have jars of pasta sauce that can be used in a variety of ways.  Also sausage is easy to defrost quickly so things can be whipped up quickly. 
Stir Fries are also a much welcomed vegetarian meal that I can make in a hurry.

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>I think tonight I am going to try to use up the tofu in the fridge, and maybe some zuchinni I have around. I like to cook the tofu by brushing it with olive
oil and fresh minced garlic, and adding lots of lemon juice. Not sure what to do with the zuchinni, might just steam it and toss it with a little salt and oil.
I might make a Turkish soup too.</p>

<p>I have been making big pots of popcorn for snacks for the kids, and I cut up some apples too. Nice afterschool snack.</p> ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ OK here&#39;s my dilemma: I want to quit using the microwave popcorn because of all the crap in it. I have an air popper and want to use that again. When I was
young my mom topped popcorn with melted margarine. Don&#39;t want to use that. And you can&#39;t really use butter - I makes the corn soggy. SO is there a
natural topping? I was hoping Molly McButter (or whatever its called) would work but that&#39;s got ick in the ingredients too. Help.
