I am Larissa, my husband is a Chiro and we just recently had triplet girls!!!
I am glad to find more things on natural parenting, we make all of our own baby food and try to do things as natural as we can. Sometimes we don't succeed but we try......it will be great to learn more.

Greetings to you all. I like your site and it's good to read posts from like-minded people. When I raised my daughter many years ago, I seemed to be quite unusual in my approach, and I don't think there was a name then for what I did instinctively, eg. prolonged breast feeding, sleeping with baby, using slings, no smacking, etc, etc.

Hello everyone

My name is Adam and my wife and I are very glad to have found out so much information on natural parenting. We cloth diaper, home birth, have mostly no chemicals in the house (I am allergic to most of them anyway) and try to live as close to nature intended.

We have come along way in the last few years but there is always room for improvement so I am hoping to learn more things to help my kids. Look forward to meeting you all.

I've been trying to find a new message board for a long time. I have an AP board I go to that I enjoy, although recently some things have changed there so I started browsing for "a new home". I was googling AP message boards when I came across Natural Family Living. I thought it was the same as AP, however I was always confused as to why some things were not considered AP ideals, and now I realize that I'm more in lign with Natural Family Living, so... that was cool to...

Not sure were this would go, but basically I used to post here ages ago (2002 maybe earlier to about 2004) - basically got a divorce and disappeared for a few years :-P Anyway, I no longer have my old username (or remember what it was) and now I can't access anything :-/ Is an oldie newbie able to access those threads?

I haven't been here in a very long time but am finding that I want to make more connections with parents, especially moms, since finding out (only last week) that I am expecting my 3rd child.

I am the 33 year old married mama of 2 girls, ages 14 and 4. This new baby is a surprise, but not totally unexpected if that makes any sense at all.

Anyhow, I'm glad to be back and look forward to getting to know you all again.

I was here a long time ago (tiffer23 back then), but we lost internet then couldn't get ezboard access, so it has been probably 2-3 years! I was a nanny back then, but now have my own son who is 17 months and VERY spirited. I'm having a bit of a time with him these days and was hoping to jump back in here and get some new ideas on how to deal with some of our fusses. I'm so glad to be back!
